Student Attendance 

Our school is changing the way we send messages about student attendance. We are now using COMPASS SMS to inform you if your child is away from school.

Absentee

Should your child be absent from class at the time of roll call, a one-time link text message will be issued asking you to add an attendance note explaining your child's absence.

Please only click on the one-time link to supply the necessary information. This link in the SMS is safe to use and is part of our school’s official attendance recording system.

Please do not send a 'reply' to the text message as this will not be received.

Report an Absence

You do not need to log into Compass at this stage.

Should Parents and Carers wish to add an attendance note for an upcoming attendance via the Compass, the Compass School Manager app can be downloaded via Apple Store or Google Play. 

Log in details have already been issued by Compass, however should you require them to be re-sent, please contact the school.

Late Notes

Students who have not reached their class room before the school siren sounds are required to report to the Front Office.  

Late notes are processed and issued by office staff, which are then in turn taken by the child to their class teacher.

If you have not contacted the school, a short note to the teacher explaining the absence is required under the law of Western Australia. Please send a note if your child presents late due to an appointment or other reason.
