WA Student Assistant Payment

All Western Australian school students with an active enrolment at a public school, non-government school or registered for home education are eligible for the WA Student Assistance Payment. Claim submissions close Friday, 25 September 2026.

Parents and carers of eligible students can claim $250 for each secondary student, and $150 for each primary school or Kindergarten student.

Claims are open from Monday 20 July to Friday 25 September 2026.
